I’ve been trying to get back into meditation. I like guided mediation and there are a lot of free programs out there. Currently, I’m doing Deepak Chopra (and Oprah)’s 21 day meditation challenge. They are about 10 to 20 minutes long and are not bad. They only do the free program a few times a year and each one has a theme. This one is “Become What You Believe”. There are reflection questions at the end (on their site). Sometimes I do them, sometimes I don’t. It all depends on the day and how I feel after.
With those thoughts in mind, I came across an old Foamy the Squirrel video. Many of you may have seen this one but I thought it was appropriate for what I am currently working.
It might be a bit old, but it still makes me laugh.
